About Me

A DiTullio.jpg

My experience as a counselor to private practice clients and veterans set me on a path to more deeply understand the underlying causes of traumatic stress which led me to incorporate mindfulness and body-based, trauma-informed  techniques into my work with individuals and groups. Additionally, my work is influenced by my training in Internal Family Systems (IFS), Contemplative Psychology, Gestalt, Transpersonal Psychology and Addictions Counseling.  I have worked as a counselor for adolescents and adults in both individual and group settings. In addition, I have over 15 years of experience supporting students in higher education settings as an Advisor and Teaching Assistant/Meditation Instructor in mindfulness meditation-based classrooms and at retreat centers.

I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Contemplative Psychology and a Master's Degree in Transpersonal Counseling Psychology from Naropa University. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado,  certified Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP)  and Mindfulness Meditation Instructor.
